Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Certain items, such as custom orders or clearance products, may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.
Exchanges
